- Room fees are set by landlords
- Payments are made directly to the landlord's bank details or Momo accounts
- A non-refundable service fee applies for students using the platform
- Receipts must be uploaded for verification within 48 hours of booking
- Landlords have 24-48 hours to verify receipts
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Hostel Connect provides a platform for connecting students with hostel accommodations. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any hostel listing.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostel Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
