• Students can have only ONE active booking at a time.
• Partial payments are allowed only for hostels that have enabled this option.
• The remaining balance for partial payments must be paid at check‑in.
• All payments are non‑refundable except as provided in the cancellation policy.

non‑refundable service fee of ₵50 is required from students to access the booking platform. This fee is payable once and grants access to book rooms.

• Landlords must ensure all listed rooms are safe, clean, and as described.
• Landlords agree to verify payment receipts within 48 hours.
• Landlords must respond to student issues within 24 hours.

• Students must respect hostel rules and other occupants.
• Damage to property will be charged to the student.
• Students must check out by the agreed date unless an extension is approved.

• ou may not:
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Upload false or misleading information.
• Attempt to bypass security measures.

• ostel Connect acts as an intermediary between students and landlords. We are not responsible for:
• The condition of any hostel or room.
• Disputes between students and landlords.
• Loss or damage of personal property.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

e reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
