HOSTEL RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out may incur an extra fee (subject to availability).
2. Payment & Cancellation
• Full payment is due at check-in (or before).
3. Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Keep noise low in dormitories and common areas. Use headphones for music, videos, or calls.
4. Respect for Others
• No loud talking, shouting, or disruptive behavior.
• Respect other guests’ sleep and privacy.
• No sexual harassment, bullying, or aggressive behavior – zero tolerance.
5. Cleanliness
• Clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas.
• Place used towels and bed linen in the designated hamper.
• Put trash in bins. Wash your own dishes.
6. Safety & Security
• Do not let strangers into the hostel. Visitors are not allowed in dormitories without staff permission.
• Always lock your locker – hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Do not leave valuables unattended.
• Know the fire exits and emergency assembly point.
7. Alcohol & Smoking
• No smoking inside the hostel (including rooms, bathrooms, common areas). Use designated outdoor areas only.
• No illegal drugs anywhere on premises – immediate eviction.
8. Kitchen Rules
• Do not take other guests’ food.
• Clean all dishes, pots, and utensils immediately after use.
9. Damages & Losses
• You are responsible for any damage you cause (linens, furniture, walls, etc.). Replacement cost will be charged.
10. Conduct & Eviction
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest violating these rules without a refund.
• Fighting, theft, vandalism, or serious disturbance = immediate eviction.
